Twitter Myths
There are always two kinds of people when it comes to giving an opinion , one will be in favor and another will be in opposition, it goes same with people when they are giving opinion about Twitter. There are people who love Twitter and others who don’t like twitter and keep on spreading myths about Twitter. So, all the newbie out there be aware of the rumors about Twitter.
Here are few popular myths about twitter:
1. People share useless information on Twitter : Many people think that people just share some unskilled or boring things on twitter. I won’t say that people don’t do it but there is only little percentage of people who are not using twitter effectively. There are many people who share very important and useful information on twitter. They even share some really great experience which can help many people around the world.
2. Everyone who follows you reads your tweets: This is very tough, there are so many followers, how to read all tweets? It is only possible if you have very less followers. Thus, it is difficult for all your followers to catch up all the tweets you do.
3. All mess up: people think that twitter is all mess because there is too much information to handle and they can’t decide what to read and what not to read. But it’s totally up to individual, you should only follow the people who you think tweet useful information and the ones you don’t think is tweeting useful information, you can remove from your list.
4. Twitter is another AIM: I won’t agree with it, AIM conversation is not public and twitter conversations are public using @reply. If you want to send private message in twitter, you need to send through direct messages which are kind of emails of 140 characters, which make it short and to the point.
5. Twitter is for the people who logged in for whole day: People think that as they are not on computer whole day, they can’t read the mentions about them and thus can’t be active on Twitter. This is not true; there are lots of tools provided to check out different tweets and direct messages. You can use Tweet deck to check out the mentions and direct message sent to you while you not online on twitter site.
Thus, people who ignore twitter because of the above mentioned reasons change your thinking and use twitter. There are lots of things to do on twitter which will help you and your blog to get good online promotion.

Some people think that Twitter is a waste of time, but the reality is they don’t know how to use Twitter effectively.
Some think that Twitter is so boring, only sharing information is not a cool think. They should follow Twitter bots to have more fun.

Its true twitter is very efficient, but when u have lots of followers, the third myth listed out comes to reality- twitter being a mess.

Yeah, but once you get used to twitter, you can easily cope up with useless information and tweets.
Some interesting points put in a very nice way. It is really impossible to follow all the tweets of everybody if you follow many. The best option is to create lists consisting of people whose tweet you don’t want to miss
