Tips to Reduce Weight
Non Healthy Food always attracts to your taste buds but in turn makes you over weights.
Here are few tips to reduce weight:
1. Eat High Fiber foods.
2. Always try to eat in in smaller portions and multiple times a day in order to avoid getting hungry.
3. Always prefer to eat and chew slowly and if possible make it a habit.
4. This one is tough to follow but prefer boiling over frying.
5. Use Sugar substitutes while sweetening foods.
6. Do Exercise regularly.
7. Try to avoid trans fats foods.
8. Consume lots of warm water as warm water not only burns calories it also increases the metabolic activity which is very helpful in weight reduction.
9. Increase your protein intake because with the help of protein only your body builds new muscle and protein also helps in increasing the metabolism which will result in burning of calories.
10. Drinking lot of water will also help you in reducing weight.
11. If possible do most of your household work yourself, it will really help you in reducing the weight.
DISCIPLINE is the name of the game, so if you maintain discipline while following all the above stated things you will surely loose weight.

This trick works atleast for my friends……..
For me, nothing works, neither eating too much nor eating less, neither increases or decreases my weight( got struck at 70kg)
