Tips to Gain Weight
Everyone wants to be fit. Being healthy is good but overweight and underweight can be harmful. You should know your body and then decide that you should gain weight, reduce weight or remain same. This is especially for those people, who just want to reduce their weight because of models or superstars. Everyone have different body composition. That’s why instead of changing yourself just because of others, try to know what exactly your body wants. There should be perfect amount of fat, protein, vitamin and water in your body. Even if you want to gain weight, you should be aware what you have to increase and what you have to maintain. To gain weight, you should not eat only junk food. You should take proper diet and exercise; consult your dietitian for the same.
Here are some basic tips, which will help you to gain weight:
1. Count calories: You should be aware of your calorie intake. You should take more calories as compared to the calories that you burn.
2. Eat dairy products: Take dairy products like milk, cheese etc. Include it in your diet on daily basis. It will help to increase weight as well as milk would be helpful for you to stay fit.
3. Helpful foods: Some food like dry fruits, beans, high calorie energy bars, baked potato with salt, cheese and chili, creams would help you to increase weight.
4. Exercise: It’s a myth that you should not exercise if you want to gain weight. You should to do exercise, it will make you hungry.
5. Take more nutrition : Eat 4 times in a day. Try to take nutritious food; it will help you to build your body not fats. Take fresh fruit juices and milk shakes.
6. Increase your diet: Increase the quantity of your meals; it will help you to make your muscles.
7. Know your family: There is always a genetic reason of being fat or thin. Know your family body and then plan how much weight you can gain.
8. Keep smiling: This is best way to gain weight. Think positive, keep smiling and stay tension free. This will help you to gain weight and look happy.
There are lots of supplements available in market for gaining weight, but I won’t recommend taking it. Natural way is always better than medicines. Supplements have lot of side effects.
It is good to take care of your body but don’t forget to love your self, it is more important to feel good from inside rather than from outside. Don’t try to change yourself for others .
