Before starting a business a complete research has to be carried out so that we can know whether this business has good future or not. Losses is natural in beginning, we cannot see immediate result in any business.
Make your plan using charts and graphs where needed. Try to write goals and vision of your business instead of lots of text. It should look professional and interesting.
- Think of objectives, mission and how you will accomplish the goals of your small business. If your goal is to make more money, think of a specific amount of money that you would like to make in a specific amount of time and choose a date when this will be accomplished. It will include how you want to see your near future.
- Analysis how your small business will begin. Survey about the running business and take experience from them. Explain the start-up costs and how much money you will require to begin your small business.
- Design the services and product you are going to offer in your business. By analysis you will come to know what product and services are in demand.
- Do research for marketing activities, how you will target your customers and what USP you will be having to leg up your customers.
- Begin with a rough Summary. Your summary should include brief information about your small business, the services your small business offers, the competition that your small business will face, financial considerations, objectives of your small business and any other pertinent information.
- State the financial plans of your small business. This section should include your balance sheet, break even analysis, profit and loss statement, cash flow summary, equipment list, needed investment and loan requests. Your tax return principles rent or lease paper. Resume of people involved in your business. You also need to include the assumptions on which your calculations were made.
