		<description>No one can disagree with this. We need to take steps like those you listed to prevent problems --- once they happen it may be  difficult to diagnose and correct.  Regarding eyeglasses, I&#039;ve found that I need a special pair just for working on the computer. Anyone with perscription lenses and spending most of their job in front of a screen may need &#039;computer reading glasses&#039;. Unfortunately these glasses may not work for reading the newspaper, etc. Don&#039;t forget the routine eye exam! Also a good exercise for relaxing your eyes and neck: turn your head to the right and look over your shoulder for a few seconds, then slowly to the left.</description>
