No one can disagree with this. We need to take steps like those you listed to prevent problems — once they happen it may be difficult to diagnose and correct. Regarding eyeglasses, I’ve found that I need a special pair just for working on the computer. Anyone with perscription lenses and spending most of their job in front of a screen may need ‘computer reading glasses’. Unfortunately these glasses may not work for reading the newspaper, etc. Don’t forget the routine eye exam! Also a good exercise for relaxing your eyes and neck: turn your head to the right and look over your shoulder for a few seconds, then slowly to the left.
