Follow these simple steps in order to delete those unwanted mails in Gmail.
1. Open the mail against which you want to create the filter.
2. Click on More Actions > Filter Message like these as show below: 
3. Following screen will come, Click on Next: 
4. Click on Delete It Check box and Click on Create Filter , you can optionally select the earlier conversation also. 
5. So from now onwards mails will be deleted automatically if sender is from that specified address.
