i am using indian hosting providers as they are offering internet banking as payment options.
but the hosting company you mentioned will only accepts credit cards and paypal

You can always ask your friend to make payment for you using Paypal or CC., Trust me a bad hosting company can ruin your reputation in a night..

Yesterday I saw NehaHost.com is a Cheapest One now a days.
ONly 499 rs for one year hosting with Free domain.
In other domain hosting sites give domain for 499 for one year, so you have hosting package is free now in nehahost.com
Its correct
So less than this is not possible i think…

Hello,
i took hosting plan from sarthi.net, they have excellent support and pricing. i always recommend new user to dont go with the cheapest hosting provider because they host you on shared server with lots of pain.
so i recommend http://www.sarthi.net for any hosting needs.
