How to Start a NGO
NGO (Non Government Organization) is a non profit making, service oriented organization. It is not a part of government. NGO is a work in which you have to be responsible, dedicated and give your sufficient time. There should be a proper planning to provide proper services. There would be some challenges to start NGO.
Here are some points to take care while starting any NGO:
1. You should start with your goals, areas or communities where you will work, what kind of services you want to start with.
2. You should have an experienced and skills according to your projects. Your employees may be part time or full time. Important point is that employees should be dedicated.
3. Your NGO should be properly registered with Public authorities.
4. You have to operate under Bylaws. It includes organization name, logo, what functions you will perform, communities you will target, your aim, membership, organizational structure, assets, address of NGO and legal status.
5. You have to incorporate with local government. You have to submit documents including memorandum of association
6. You have to decide your plans for getting funds. You have to decide whether you will have funds from international or local fund giving companies and how they will get utilized.

Glad to know that you want to do help your village childern, you can plan out what exactly your NGO will do. Make a trust and start promoting it. Many social workers can help you to get some finance. If you need proper guidelines you can mail me, it is difficult to explain everything here.
