Bloggers who are serious about blogging and want to achieve success spent their maximum time online for managing their blog and emails. Survey says that around 40% time we waste in checking our email in whole day.
We all know email is very vital for us and the first thing in morning most of us do is to check our emails.
Checking emails should take around 20 minutes in a day, if you are managing your emails properly.

Seems to be another great option to manage a bunch of email acoounts. For now, I manage all of my email account via Windows Live Mail and sometimes Digsby. Saves a lot of my times.

Great advice. I use Google Apps for Domains, which gives me the Gmail interface, but actually does have my mail using Gmail’s servers. Staying on top of email can be hard.

I have 4 emails, in yahoo, in sify, in my domain and in gmail, and use to visit atleast twice daily to each of them. After reading your article now I am seriously thinking to manage my time wasting and sticking myself to only one email.

Most of the mail services now have an unlimited storage options. So you need not delete your emails, but rather use filters to redirect certain mails to a folder. You can have multiple folders like important, less-important or friends and prioritize accordingly to reply them
