Exercise for Bloggers
It is very difficult for all the bloggers to stay away from their computer. The people who sit for long time in front of computer can have problems specially backache which will increase to spine, muscles or nerves. Thus if you are neglecting your backache or other problems because of sitting in front of computer for long time , then start taking care of it. Prevention is always better than cure.
Even if you can’t go for exercise because of busy schedule and blogging you can do some exercise while sitting on your chair and while working on your blog.
Here are few easy to do exercise:
1. Sit Properly: Most important thing is to sit properly on a comfortable chair. Your monitor should be in level with your eyes. Your back should be straight and shoulders back. Your feet should be flat either on floor or some step kind of thing.
2. Stretch: A nice stretch will surely work well for your body. You can reduce your stress by stretching your head and chest shrug your shoulders up and down. Neck and shoulder rolls are equally effective. Stretch your shoulders back and neck in side wise.
3. Ankles and wrist: It is important to roll your ankles often to improve blood circulation. Cross your ankles and press them against each other. It will give you nice stretch. You can also rotate your wrist in up and down motion, externally. Your wrist should never lay on keyboard or on the mouse pad otherwise you might have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
4. Abdominals: Contracting and releasing your abdominal muscle will help you to tone your tummy. Tighten your abdominal muscles for thirty seconds and then release it. Avoid doing it after meals.
5. Legs: Put your both of your knees together and move your heals up and down, either together or alternatively. You can also lift your legs as if you are marching while sitting on chair. Repeat it few times.
6. Other: Keep habit of standing from your chair and have walk for few minutes. You can even go to drink water often, avoid keeping bottle in front of you. Make a reminder on your computer so that you can go to drink water or for a small walk in your office in every hour.
Only you can take care of your health, others can only advice you. Thus, if you are ignoring your back problems or any other problems because of continuous sitting in front of computer then start taking care of your health from now and include exercise in your daily routine.

Sitting for a long time in front of the computer makes me feel uneasy. I would try to stop for a while and make a short walk around my place. But you had presented me here some simple tricks that would bring ease.

Some nice tips for exercising, we need to be mobile and get the body moving after sitting for long periods.
