Here are few important email copywriting tips:

1. Subject line: I always read subject line of mails before deleting them. Therefore, subject line should be killer and attractive so that people read your mail at least once before deleting it. You can add person’s name for making it personalized, direct state the offer you are giving or some question type of subject line, for example: Do you want to start a new blog? You can choose anyone of them, but it should give a hint about what your mail content is about. You can even try something innovative for subject line.

2. Template: Always use template for your email, which look professional and complement your website or products. People are often attracted with neat and simple template. No one has time to read lengthy message, thus instead of just writing text you can add banners or attractive header to share your information. You must have landing page in your mail (of your website). All this increase the chances of good response from the reader.

3. Make in parts: Your email should be divided in parts like header, body and conclusion /footer. Your header should never be same as your subject line. It must tell little more about your offer/products or website. For example: “ChoosyInfo: Information of your choice on Blogging and technology”. In body text, you need to elaborate more about your offer, terms and condition. While writing your footer or conclusion, never pretend as if you are marketing something. It should be more like offer and useful for the reader not you.

Always try to send a personalized email, don’t send bundles of emails together. Personalized mails always leaves good impact, easy to build trust in online business and thus results in successful email marketing strategy.

People may even forward it to their friends and closed one, just like a retweet. That only depends on the way you have been composing it.

When you are picking a template, always provide an option to show the mail without any template (plain text) so that you email will not move into spam.
